• Operate CNC machines and related equipment to produce components with accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure conformance with quality standards.
• Use measurement tools and apply quality control standards.
• Maintain attention to detail and solve problems as they arise.

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and related equipment
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools and quality control standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with CNC programming or editing G-code
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of materials commonly used in manufacturing (metal, plastic, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred
• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a manufacturing environment (1+ years preferred)

• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
• Commitment to safety protocols and workplace standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts if needed
