Metal Fabricator Helper (Enclosure & Finish Shops)

We are seeking skilled helpers to join our team in either the Enclosure Shop, where metal generator enclosures are constructed, or the Finish Department, where the final assembly and touches are applied. This role involves working with your hands, utilizing hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks.

• Assist in building metal generator enclosures in the Enclosure Shop.
• Perform final assembly and apply finishing touches in the Finish Department.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Follow blueprints and assembly instructions for fabrication and repair.
• Support the production team by ensuring high-quality output.

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of carpentry and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience in construction, carpentry, concrete, landscaping, or metal working.
• Any prior experience in fabrication and production is beneficial.

Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. Safety gear such as safety glasses and steel‑toe boots is required. Upon selection, candidates will be assigned to either the Finish Department or Enclosure Shop based on their skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Jacksonville, FL.
