Sheet Metal Production Worker

Position Summary:

Snelling Staffing is seeking a dependable Sheet Metal Production Worker to join a manufacturing team on Philips Highway. This role involves assembling HVAC sheet metal products, operating production equipment, and supporting daily production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble sheet metal parts using hand tools and production machinery

• Operate equipment such as punch presses, rivet machines, roll formers, and spot welders

• Measure, cut, and form sheet metal materials according to specifications

• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy

• Move materials throughout the production area

• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements

• Assist with additional production duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure

• Basic math skills required

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

• Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting

• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
