Job Description & How to Apply Below
Tiger Connect transforms healthcare with the industry's most widely adopted clinical collaboration platform - uniquely modernizing the way doctors, nurses, care teams, patients, and data connect. With solutions spanning care team communication, scheduling automation, alarm management and event notifications, nurse call, patient engagement and more, we accelerate productivity, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes, safely and securely. More than 8,000 healthcare organizations trust us to deliver enterprise-ready solutions, making this possible with the right group of dedicated, thoughtful trailblazers.

Today, private practice doctor's offices, small and large hospice centers, and some of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States rely on Tiger Connect. We're a fun, hungry, smart, innovative group of eclectic people who are passionate about transforming the way clinical care teams work and communicate.

Tiger Connect is looking for a Hardware Installation Specialist to be the technical backbone of our nurse call and critical alert implementations; the person our customers, partners, and field teams rely on to make sure every site goes in right, on time, and to standard.

In this role, you'll own the pre-installation and readiness process end to end: validating sites, leading drawing reviews, building BOMs, and certifying the installers and partners who bring our solutions to life. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and project management, and you'll see the direct impact of your work in hospitals and health systems across the country. If you thrive at the intersection of technical depth, customer collaboration, and operational execution then this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conduct on-site and virtual site walkthroughs to validate installation scope, infrastructure readiness, and environmental constraints
  • Identify risks or discrepancies between proposed scope and actual site conditions and support resolution prior to installation
  • Lead drawing review sessions with customers to finalize nurse call design and device placement
  • Validate drawings align with approved scope, workflows, and installation standards
  • Assist with creation, updates, and redlines of nurse call drawings under engineering direction
  • Maintain drawing version control and prepare installation-ready drawing packages
  • Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) aligned to finalized drawings and validated scope
  • Support procurement and project teams with BOM revisions as needed
  • Conduct installer and partner certifications prior to site access
  • Design and deliver standardized installation training and certification programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, project management, and customer success teams to support high-quality deployments and resolve escalations
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience with nurse call systems or healthcare technology deployments
  • Experience interpreting architectural and low-voltage system drawings
  • Hands-on experience supporting installations or implementations
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools (assistant/support level preferred)
  • Experience supporting large hospital or health system deployments preferred
Travel Requirements:
  • 25-35% based upon project and customer/partner needs
