Snelling Staffing is currently hiring a Shop Helper for a busy precision metals and fabrication facility in Jacksonville, FL. This is an entry‑level position with the opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a hands‑on shop setting.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with deburring and cleaning fabricated metal parts
- Help with loading and unloading materials
- Support machine operators and fabricators as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized shop area
- Dispose of scrap materials properly
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures
- Perform general shop and production support duties
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Basic math skills (fractions …)
