Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure a safe work environment with a constant safety focus
- Adhere to the production schedule and coordinate with Paint Supervisor to ensure on time delivery
- Lead and support
- Responsible for demand planning and evaluating all material requirements
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability
- Coordinate with third party vendors for coating/lining/plating or any external operations
- Support materials management and inventory controls as required
We are seeking a team player who can grow with our company.
- Must have high school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must have minimum 7-10 years experience specifically in industrial manufacturing painting, pressure vessels is a plus
- Familiarity with Plasite 4110 and similar products is strongly preferred
- Media blasting experience and surface profile knowledge
- Exposure to ASME code pressure vessel fabrication preferred
- Ability to read drawings, manufacturer specifications, and instructions as it relates to paint products
- Experience with operating plural paint system strongly preferred
- NACE Level I / II or CIP Level I certification strongly preferred

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and stand for an 8-hour work shift.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.

- Must be knowledgeable in industrial painting and coatings including materials, recipes, mixing conditions, and application of materials
- Must be able to utilize standard paint equipment including pumps, spray guns, rollers, agitators, and associated testing equipment
Skills and Abilities
- Self-starter and takes initiative to stay tasked
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities within the paint department
- Ability to lead and develop other associates as a Lead
- Ability to step in and support Paint Supervisor responsibilities as needed

Salary Information$30 - $32 per Hour
