Where You’ll Make a Difference- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders aligned with production needs and reliability targets.
- Drive execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Planning teams to optimize maintenance schedules and plant efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, backlog, and MTBF.
- Oversee accurate documentation of maintenance activities within CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects to ensure timely and safe execution.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred. - 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo.
- Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety.
- Experience leading maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environment.
- Certification in maintenance/reliability (e.g., CMRP) or technical trade certifications.
- Experience supporting capital projects or large‑scale plant turnarounds.
