CCR Inspectors Level I

LGT is urgently hiring ICR or CCR Inspectors for I & II Shift and weekends as necessary.

• Process daily incoming and outgoing materials to meet Quality Control requirements as stated in the LGT Quality Procedures Manual, Component Maintenance Manual, Overhaul Manual, Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directives specifications.
• Ensure the work was accomplished in accordance with the work scope requested by customer.
• Maintain proficiency with all the inspection methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Have working knowledge of technical specifications.
• Verify all required technical data used.
• Understand how to use basic measurement instruments, special tools, equipment, etc.
• Receiving inspection of components to determine airworthiness.
• Visually inspecting aircraft components to verify compliance in accordance with technical data (CMM, OHM, Blueprint).
• Dimensionally inspecting aircraft components to verify compliance in accordance with technical data (CMM, OHM, Blueprint).
• Determine applicable repair processes in case rework is required for return to service.
• Post re-work inspection to verify completion of tasks.
• Final inspection of parts to verify proper completion of all tasks in accordance with technical data.
• Ensure all inspections are properly performed.
• Ensure all records are properly executed before final approval for return to service.
• All other duties as assigned by the Leadman.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good planning, organization, and critical thinking skills, mechanical in nature.
• Must be able to operate and read precision instruments.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, procedure manuals, drawings and operating instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Ability to perform mathematics related to dimensional inspections.
• Excellent judgment, initiative and decision making.
