** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Execute bulk loading and unloading operations for tank trucks, railcars, ISO tanks, and raw material containers ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Perform product blending activities following established formulas, procedures, and quality specifications to meet customer requirements.
* Package finished goods into appropriate container sizes and prepare materials for shipment and distribution.
* Support logistics operations by staging products and loading trailers for off-site warehouse and customer deliveries.
* Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products safely across the facility.
* Collect and manage product samples to support quality control and ensure compliance with specifications.
* Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal processes.
* Adhere strictly to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Forklift certification with demonstrated ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
* Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards consistently.
* Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial setting with physical job demands.
* Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

*** Prior experience in blending, chemical manufacturing, or batch processing environments.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and compliance practices.
* Experience handling bulk materials, tank systems, or railcar operations.
