Fabricator - Aerospace Manufacturing

* $45.00 per hour
* $67.50 OT
* $700.00 weekly per diem
* $500.00 bonus

Saxon is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support aerospace sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment performing fabrication, mechanical assembly, and quality assurance tasks with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

* Operate press brakes, router machines, and fabrication equipment

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals

* Perform fabrication tasks to close tolerances of +/- .010 to .030

* Use precision measuring tools including calipers, scales, and protractors

* Support process improvements, quality initiatives, and production goals

* Follow production schedules, work orders, and safety procedures

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

* 3+ years of Multi Press Operator experience

* Minimum 1.5 years in aerospace sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing

* Experience operating press brakes and router machines

* Hot Joggling experience required

* Strong math and measurement skills

* Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed

Preferred Experience

* Trumpf press brake

* Verson press brake

* Komo router machine
