Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Position Overview

Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of bakery machinery, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, general shop practices, maintenance tasks, and general knowledge of support equipment.
• Perform component lubrication and preventive maintenance on specific equipment.
• Identify mechanical wear, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry.
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Practice and comply with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties deemed by management integral to the job, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
• Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job‑related equipment.

• 1+ year of experience as a technician.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent, Technical/Trade School certification or diploma an plus.

Benefits may vary depending on the work location.

Salary Range: $26.37 - $27.43 per hour.
