Fabricator - Aerospace Manufacturing

Saxon is hiring for this exciting opportunity where you can make a difference!

• $45.00 per hour
• $67.50 OT
• $700.00 weekly per diem
• $500.00 bonus

Saxon is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support aerospace sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment performing fabrication, mechanical assembly, and quality assurance tasks with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes, router machines, and fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
• Perform fabrication tasks to close tolerances of +/- .010 to .030
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, scales, and protractors
• Support process improvements, quality initiatives, and production goals
• Follow production schedules, work orders, and safety procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Multi Press Operator experience
• Minimum 1.5 years in aerospace sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing
• Experience operating press brakes and router machines
• Hot Joggling experience required
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed

Preferred Experience

• Trumpf press brake
• Verson press brake
• Komo router machine
