We are hiring immediately for a Rebar Fabricator at White Cap. This role supports construction projects across North America.

• Examine specifications of customer orders using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics, required materials, and machine setup.
• Fabricate work pieces according to work order specifications.
• Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties.
• Inspect finished pieces visually, by touch, or using a tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
• Package items for shipping.
• Install protective devices to prevent shift or damage during transport.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This is NOT a Welding position
• 0-2 years of experience in rebar fabrication.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Ability to use a tape measure.
• Capacity to adapt and problem‑solve during the fabrication process.
• Proficiency in cutting and bending rebar with ½" tolerances using a machine.
