Job Title
Support high-volume manufacturing operations
Work directly on the production floor with line leaders
Troubleshoot and maintain automation equipment
Provide hands-on support for day-to-day manufacturing issues
Drive productivity improvement initiatives (project-based SOW work)
Ensure adherence to regulated processes and product safety standards
Manufacturing engineering or controls engineering background
Experience with:
Automation & equipment troubleshooting
High-volume production environments
Plastic injection (nice to have)
Metrology equipment (nice to have)
Master molder experience (nice to have)
Regulated industry experience preferred (not required):
Pharma / Life Sciences
Medical devices
Any compliance-driven manufacturing
Comfortable following and enforcing processes, SOPs, and quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
~5+ years of experience
Background supporting 24/7 manufacturing environments
Experience with:
Large-scale production ("hundreds to millions" in volume/quality output)
Certifications (nice to have):
PMP
Lean Six Sigma
Strong cross-functional collaboration
Able to challenge processes and stakeholder decisions constructively
Focused on product safety and compliance
“High-performance team” mindset
Able to hit the ground running quickly (minimal ramp-up)
Reporting into Ronnie Coleman
