Senior Production Supervisor

Senior Production Supervisor job in Jacksonville, FL at Renaissance Windows and Doors. Skilled supervisory experience required. • Manage staffing, orientation, training, and team member development for employees on multiple product lines.
• Develop people; improve processes; reduce costs; monitor quality and improvements; and meet on‑time delivery.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure manufacturing requirements are met while minimizing costs.
• Plan departmental operations by establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Develop and revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure manufacturing team enforces Company policies, procedures, plant‑wide safety policies, and employee rules of conduct.
• Interview, hire, train, terminate, discipline, and coach employees.
• Motivate employees to achieve results.
• Provide a customer‑centric (internal and external) and high‑service oriented environment.
• Drive a culture of zero safety incidents.
• Use data, Lean tools, root‑cause analysis or GMPs to develop, implement, and execute effective corrective actions.

• Three or more years in a manufacturing leadership role with previous multi‑line responsibility.
• Experience with procurement, operations, and ERP software preferred.
• Prior experience in improving operational processes and Lean methodology.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Collaborate and lead in a positive manner.
