IEM in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Materials Planning Specialist, MRS to lead lean material replenishment, PFEP, JIT, Kanban, and FIFO. This role collaborates across Production, Fabrication, Planning, and Warehouse to build out ownership of replenishment processes.
100% in-office position responsible for building lean material systems and driving improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 1–4 years in manufacturing materials management.
