• Move all finished stock from machines to designated areas.
• Make up packaging materials for machines and ensure quality construction.
• Apply strapping, corner posts, stretch wrap, and labels before moving products to shipping area.
• Use specified Company and Customer numbers and packing material as required.
• Perform other duties as directed by Crew Leader or Supervisors.
• Assist in all phases of machine and department operation as needed for breaks, changes, or special projects.
• Maintain adequate supplies at workstation and notify Supervisor when low.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Foster lean thinking, sustain improvements, and follow lean initiatives.
