Production Technician Night Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the factory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift: B
** shift (6 pm - 6 am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule)

** What's the Job?*
* + Unpackage raw materials, ensure proper staging, and verify material codes and expiration status

+ Perform daily maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and troubleshooting

+ Respond promptly to machine alarms and line stoppages, resolving minor issues independently

+ Escalate major machine issues to the line lead and equipment team for swift resolution

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ 1-3 years of experience on an automated production line as a machine operator or similar role

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
