• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to assemble product components.
• Inspect assembled products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Package finished products securely and prepare them for shipment or further processing.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting material shortages or damages.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in product assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
