Wing-Inflatables seeks an Assembly Line Lead to oversee the daily operations of the assembly line, supervising Level 1–3 associates, ensuring on-time work orders, and maintaining quality standards. You will coordinate production planning, scheduling, and material flow, training staff and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to meet production goals and reduce waste.
