* ** Injection Molding Technician 3 - Dayshift*
* ** Summary*
* The Injection Molding Technician 3 is a senior-level technical role responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving injection molding equipment and processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position supports equipment reliability, process consistency, technician training, documentation accuracy, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across R&D Pilot Injection Molding operations.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain injection molding machines and support equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent production performance.
+ Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, process troubleshooting, and emergency response activities to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
+ Support process optimization, equipment reliability improvements, test protocols, production start-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Train, certify, and coach technicians on injection molding equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and standard procedures.
+ Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including operating procedures, maintenance procedures, calibration instructions, drawings, manuals, and training materials.
+ Use process data, technical observations, and root-cause analysis to reduce variability, improve repeatability, and strengthen equipment performance.
+ Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, environmental, safety, and site procedures while promoting a safe and organized work environment.

* High school diploma or equivalent

** Experience*
* Four to six years of injection molding maintenance, process, or engineering experience
** required** . Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment

** preferred** .
** Technical Skills*
* Strong working knowledge of injection molding equipment and process improvement
