Job Title
Plan and perform work involved in annealing, hardening, drawing, stress relieving, normalizing, quenching, deep freezing and/or aging various metals.
Perform required hardness tests to assure that processed metals meet technical hardness specifications.
Prepare furnaces and ladles prior to pours.
Pour molten metal into molds utilizing knowledge of heat and metal to determine when to pour as well as speed of pouring.
