• Program CNC lathes and mills using Mazatrol and G-code for stainless steel and engineered plastics.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models to create precise machining instructions.
• Optimize tool paths, feeds, and speeds to maximize efficiency while maintaining tight tolerances.
• Set up and prove out new programs, making adjustments to ensure first-piece quality.
• Collaborate with machinists and quality inspectors to troubleshoot and refine processes.
• Maintain organized program files and documentation for repeatability and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and scrap rates.

• Proven CNC programming experience with Mazatrol and G-code.
• Strong background in machining stainless steel and understanding its unique cutting properties.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and CAD/CAM outputs.
• Hands-on experience with CNC setup, tooling selection, and process optimization.
• A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing zero-defect parts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
