Niagara Bottling is seeking a Batching Supervisor (Nights) to lead a production shift in Jacksonville. You will support the Batching Manager to ensure safety, quality, and throughput on the floor, coach team members, and participate in recruitment and performance reviews.
Responsibilities include changeovers, inventory checks, BOM validation, quality checks, and collaboration across departments to meet deadlines and maintain a world-class safety culture.
