Senior Production Supervisor

Renaissance Windows & Doors Inc seeks a Senior Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day window and door production for Houston-area home improvement projects. This role oversees crews, coordinates materials and schedules, and ensures each project meets our high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. You'll coach installers, manage workflow, and collaborate closely with sales and operations to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily window and door production operations to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets
• Supervise, train, and coach production teams on best practices and craftsmanship standards
• Coordinate material flow, equipment use, and labor to optimize productivity and minimize downtime
• Inspect work for accuracy, code compliance, and adherence to company quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks
• Track KPIs, production metrics, and report performance to management
• Collaborate with installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time project delivery
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and training
• Resolve production issues and escalate technical or staffing challenges as needed
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and performance feedback
