Industrial Electric Manufacturing seeks a Powder Coat and Fabrication Lead on the second shift to drive daily production priorities, supervise the powder coat line and fabrication team, and ensure quality across metal, copper and phenolic parts for switchboard assemblies.
You will operate CNC fabrication equipment, interpret drawings (including Solid Works), manage materials, train staff, and coordinate with scheduling to keep plant assembly lines moving.
