The HP Indigo Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Jacksonville, responsible for operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses in a high-quality commercial print environment. This role includes setting up jobs according to specifications, calibrating and adjusting press settings, monitoring print runs for color consistency and image quality, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. The operator will work closely with pre-press and finishing teams to ensure accurate file preparation, efficient job flow, and on-time delivery.

Daily activities also include verifying materials, performing quality checks throughout the run, maintaining detailed production records, and following safety and housekeeping standards on the press floor.

• Candidates should possess skills in HP Indigo press operation, digital print setup, and basic press maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in color management, print quality control, and calibration for consistent output.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading job tickets, interpreting production specifications, and coordinating with pre-press and finishing teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting print and equipment issues, and identifying process improvements.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in commercial printing or digital press operations, particularly HP Indigo, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as required, and adhere to safety procedures in a production setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in printing or related fields is a plus.
