Our client, a boutique wealth advisory firm, is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to own and manage day-to-day marketing operations in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes pride in precision and follow-through
, and enjoys running well-defined processes end-to-end
. You will work closely with firm leadership to execute a clear marketing strategy, manage recurring multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and ensure every client-facing detail is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. This is not a brainstorming-heavy role – it’s a get-it-done, do-it-right, and keep-it-running position with visible impact on business development.
- Oversee recurring email and mailed outreach to clients, prospects, and partners
- Execute all client-facing events, ensuring flawless logistics, materials, and follow-up
- Manage automated CRM campaigns with accuracy and consistency
- Manage website updates and social media with consistent weekly posting
- Maintain marketing collateral, onboarding materials, and client gifts with strict attention to detail
- Coordinate scheduling, filming, and editing video content (with vendors as needed)
- Track marketing performance, activity, and outcomes through reporting and metrics
- Maintain and proactively update a 12-month marketing calendar
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and execution efficiency
- Ensure marketing efforts consistently support new prospect appointment generation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of multi-channel marketing experience required
- Experience in wealth management, financial services or professional services required
- Strong written communication with a polished, client-facing style required
- Experience with CRM workflows and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) required
