Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the many marketing strategies for both Nimnicht dealership locations and other businesses under the Nimnicht Organization. This role focuses on digital presence, social media management, vendor coordination, and contributing to the development and growth of the marketing department. A positive, professional, and creative personality is essential.

Full-Time | On-Site | Jacksonville, FL

• Assist with developing and executing marketing strategies for the Nimnicht Organization
• Support digital campaigns, community events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor social media platforms and help grow online engagement.
• Create, schedule, and optimize posts, stories, videos, and other digital content.
• Track performance analytics and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments to gather content.
• Work directly with marketing vendors, media representatives, and partners.
• Create marketing materials such as graphics, signage, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Assist with online reputation management and customer review monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with company brand standards and dealership messaging.
• Provide creative input for marketing growth and department development of Nimnicht Organization
• Work with management on monitoring our CRM (Vin Solutions) and Call System (Call Revu).

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or social media management preferred.
• Google Certified preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform best practices.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented personality.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Organized, efficient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask projects in a timely manner.
