Position Overview

The Marketing Strategy Manager role for co-marketing is vital in maintaining our growth trajectory across B2C and B2B in this key strategic market. This role is highly commercial with a key requirement to translate external and internal factors into actionable marketing plans, aligned to our goals. This role is responsible for making co-marketing a core commercial growth lever across both consumer and merchant audiences.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing execution, focusing on how the company and its merchant partners can jointly activate demand—through media channels, product surfaces, and in-checkout visibility.

If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and have a proven track record of delivering measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.

This hybrid position is based in our Jacksonville, FL or Dublin, Ireland office and requires three days per week on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own a holistic co-marketing strategy, across B2C and B2B, that treats partner activation as a full-funnel commercial lever—not just a set of marketing channels.
  • Develop annual and quarterly co-marketing plans tied to commercial goals, product priorities, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize consumer and merchant partners for collaborative marketing and commercial programs.
  • Create scalable co-marketing playbooks, value propositions, and enablement frameworks.
  • Manage internal and external relationships, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Evaluate merchant-side capabilities (e.g., improved onsite placements, in-checkout visibility, co-branded product surfaces) to enhance conversion and joint value.
  • Lead alignment across marketing, sales, and product to prioritize the highest-value co-marketing opportunities.
  • Translate commercial needs and product capabilities into unified partner propositions.
  • Serve as the conduit between go-to-market teams and product teams to ensure co-marketing opportunities influence both partner conversations and product roadmaps.
  • Define measurement frameworks across funnel metrics, revenue, cost sharing, and partner value creation.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate partner potential and quantify upside across both marketing channels and merchant product surfaces.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or educational degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing strategy, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes in B2C and B2B sectors.
  • Preferred previous experience in business consulting or strategic positions within Fin Tech sector
  • Knowledge of video gaming and gambling industries is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence marketing, sales, and product.
  • Data-driven approach; comfort with analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and ROI modeling.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and partner relationship management skills.
