Position Summary:- Supports in coordination and execution of the company’s marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives. This role assists with content creation, digital marketing, dealership promotions, inventory marketing, event coordination, and administrative support to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all company channels.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand efforts.
- Assist in creating and managing content for company websites, internal communication boards, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, including customer events and employee functions.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, social media engagement, and general marketing inquiries.
- Assist with photography, videography, and content gathering for internal and external communications.
- Track marketing campaign performance and compile reports on digital engagement, website traffic, and social media metrics.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Support marketing efforts for truck inventory by creating and updating listings, promotional materials, and digital advertisements for new and used truck sales.
- Assist with internal job posting promotions and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred; OR relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools preferred.
