We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to provide part‑time support to a growing, multi‑location healthcare organization. This person will serve as a central resource for managing incoming marketing requests, coordinating projects and stakeholders, and ensuring work moves forward on time. The ideal candidate has a broad digital marketing background combined with strong project management and organizational skills. This is not a highly strategic leadership role or a specialized channel position.
The right person understands how different marketing functions work together and can confidently prioritize requests, coordinate the appropriate internal or external resources, and jump in to support execution when needed.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for incoming marketing requests, assessing priorities, determining ownership, tracking deadlines and ensuring follow‑through.
- Manage multiple marketing projects across different markets and stakeholders, maintaining clear timelines, status updates and next steps.
- Coordinate content calendars, content requests, approvals and deliverables with internal content and creative resources.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency and launch readiness, including content, emails, links and digital assets.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, track deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support website projects and updates by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external development partners.
- Assist with local listings, SEO initiatives, monthly marketing reporting and other ongoing marketing needs.
- Jump into hands‑on marketing execution as needed while primarily focusing on project coordination and keeping work moving.
- 3–5 years of dedicated marketing experience, ideally with broad exposure across multiple digital marketing functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple simultaneous requests, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including content, email, websites, social media, SEO, paid media and reporting.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to review/QA marketing deliverables.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment and proactively following up to keep projects on track.
- Preferred Experience Agency experience or experience supporting multiple clients, brands, locations or markets is strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating external agencies, vendors, creative teams or channel specialists.
- Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, , Word Press, Canva, Hootsuite or similar tools.
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
This is a part‑time contract position of approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates should have consistent availability during standard U.S. business hours. There may be an opportunity for additional hours based on business needs.
