Our client, an established consumer products company operating within a highly regulated industry, is seeking a Fractional Senior Director of Brand Management to lead strategy and execution across two priority brands. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded CPG leader with experience owning the full brand lifecycle, from consumer insights, positioning, and innovation through commercialization, activation, and ongoing brand growth.

The successful candidate will understand how to build consumer demand and deliver impactful marketing programs while navigating defined advertising and compliance requirements.

• Lead brand strategy, annual planning, positioning, and integrated marketing
• Translate brand plans into clear quarterly priorities
• Manage and develop Brand Managers
• Guide innovation, commercialization, and go-to-market activities
• Partner with sales and trade marketing on pricing, distribution, and retail activation
• Use consumer insights and syndicated data to guide investment decisions
• Manage performance against revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives
• Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Present recommendations directly to executive leadership

• 12+ years of CPG brand management or marketing leadership experience
• Experience managing established and emerging brands
• Strong P&L, innovation, commercialization, and demand-generation experience
• Familiarity with Circana, IRI, Nielsen, or similar platforms
• Experience in food and beverage, alcohol, or another regulated consumer category preferred
• Strategic, agile, collaborative, and comfortable doing hands-on work
