About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.

This is an individual contributor, execution‑focused role for a self‑motivated person who enjoys building, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns, while creating the systems and attribution frameworks needed to measure performance accurately.

You will manage and own paid campaigns for both our internal brands and our agency clients, including North American (US/Canadian) B2B, industrial, and manufacturing accounts. We need someone who can take ownership of campaign implementation, optimization and lead attribution across both internal and client accounts, and who can communicate directly and confidently with stakeholders.

If you're a self‑motivated, quick learner who enjoys being on the platforms every day, testing and improving results, building scalable marketing systems, and can work well under pressure, we'd like to hear from you.

Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on PPC and performance marketing experience
  • Strong, hands‑on Social Media Marketing experience across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Linked In
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns, along with other paid channels (Microsoft/Bing, Amazon, programmatic, or similar)
  • Working proficiency in both Hub Spot and Go High Level  (GHL), hands‑on experience building real automation workflows
  • Genuine agency‑side experience managing multiple client accounts (not solely in‑house/brand‑side)
  • Strong understanding of lead attribution and conversion tracking
  • Experience with appointment‑generation and lead‑generation campaigns
  • Strong, confident spoken and written English
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
  • Self‑motivated, with a strong learning orientation
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and stay effective under pressure
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
  • Agency experience specifically with North American (US/Canadian) B2B, industrial, or manufacturing clients
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Experience integrating CRM, advertising, and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Genuine, hands‑on experience with emerging AI/LLM ad channels
Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Management
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across both internal brand accounts and agency client accounts on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
  • Improve key metrics including CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and appointment quality
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers
  • Create performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Build and maintain funnels, workflows, and automation sequences in both Hub Spot and Go High Level  (GHL)
  • Configure CRM pipelines, lead stages, and opportunity management
  • Set up email and SMS nurturing campaigns
  • Manage appointment booking systems and calendar integrations
  • Support AI‑powered automations where applicable
Tracking, Attribution & Reporting
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems across advertising platforms
  • Configure UTM structures and attribution frameworks
  • Ensure accurate lead source reporting and conversion tracking
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into campaign performance
  • Identify gaps in attribution and recommend improvements
Client Support
  • Own and manage paid advertising campaigns for agency clients, alongside internal‑brand accounts
  • Collaborate with internal account managers and marketing teams
  • Participate in campaign reviews and performance discussions, communicating directly and clearly with English‑speaking stakeholders
