Overview
Hubbard House seeks an experienced Grants Coordinator to help achieve the agency’s fundraising objectives. The Grants Coordinator will raise public support and awareness for Hubbard House, Inc. They coordinate the grant application and reporting processes, bringing strong organizational, written communication, and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities- Create content, manage timelines, submit grants and reports, and attend relevant grantor meetings.
- Maintain a strong grant fundraising portfolio, including federal, state, local government grants, private foundation and donor generated grants.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of grant writing and research experience, with a track record of producing successful grant applications.
- Prior experience compiling necessary materials for proposals and researching new funding opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Blackbaud’s The Raiser’s Edge database software preferred.
- Clear communicator, both verbal and written, with high standards around work ethic, collaboration, organization and detail.
- Experience in sexual assault or domestic violence programs is a plus.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English; bi-lingual capabilities a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required; vehicle insurance must be maintained; meet eligibility requirements for Hubbard House, Inc. vehicle insurance coverage.
- Must successfully clear background screening: level-2 background check through DCF, FDLE, National Sex Offender Registry; motor vehicle report run against DMV; drug, alcohol, and TB screening.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (E-Verify) required.
- This is an onsite position.

- Salary:
From $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. - Hubbard House, Inc. follows all federal, state, and local laws.
