The YMCA of Florida's First Coast is seeking a Program Supervisor for the YREADS initiative in Jacksonville, FL. You will supervise site volunteers and mentors, plan daily literacy activities, and train staff on program management and volunteer development.
Responsibilities include building community partnerships, promoting the program, and organizing events to retain and appreciate volunteers. A Bachelor's in Elementary education is desirable, with 1–2 years of related experience.
