Assistant Nurse Manager, NICU – Full Time Nights

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our NICU team as an Assistant Nurse Manager. This full‑time night shift position supports critical care for infants under a Magnet designated facility.
Responsibilities- Oversee, direct, and provide care to patients requiring immediate treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with patients, families, and staff.
- Registered Nursing license (RN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Required EducationAssociate's Degree in Nursing.
Experience- Medical surgical nursing experience required.
- Post‑surgical nursing experience required.
- General nursing experience.
