Trauma APP Locum Tenens (Night Shift) – Northeast Florida / Trauma Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Trauma Nights

High-impact trauma role just 30 minutes from Jacksonville, supporting a seasoned hospital team during a maternity leave coverage. This short-term assignment is ideal for an experienced Trauma APP who thrives on nights and values focused patient care without call.

• Dates: March 2026 – 3/1–3/3, 3/10–3/12, 3/18–3/22, 3/28–3/29 and ongoing dates
• Schedule: Nights, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
• No call requirement
• Trauma service support during established APP coverage
• Duties include rounding, documentation, and patient coordination
• Work alongside a collaborative trauma team
• EMR:
  Meditech
• Travel: Full travel and expenses paid
• Easy access to beaches, dining, and Northeast Florida lifestyle

• Be able to do the job as described
• Florida licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed
• Must have experience with trauma surgery patients - no surgery
• ACLS and BLS certified
• Comfortable working independent night shifts in trauma
