Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) to join our busy ENT practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is eager to grow clinically in a procedural specialty. You will work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and team members to deliver high-quality care in clinic and, when needed, in surgical settings.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
- Partner with attending physicians on new patient visits
- Manage follow-up, return, and post-operative visits (with increasing autonomy as appropriate)
- Learn and perform ENT diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including (training provided as needed):
- Binocular microscopic ear examination
- Nasal endoscopy
- Flexible laryngoscopy
- Suturing, wound management, airway-related assessments, and other in-office procedures
- Assist in surgery and perioperative care as needed
- Develop and lead a comprehensive allergy clinic (training provided), including:
- Skin testing
- Contemporary immunotherapy techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Graduate of an accredited PA or APRN/NP program
- Current national certification (PA-C / APRN/NP)
- ENT or surgical specialty experience preferred;
