Travel RN Home Health jobs in Jacksonville, FL offer a 13-week assignment with Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, complete 5-6 visits per day, and document using OASIS.
