Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (Stepdown) position requiring a FL or compact RN license and advanced cardiac certifications.

Job Details

• Position based in a hospital Stepdown Intermediate Care unit with 30 high acuity beds,

• Cares for complex cases including post open heart, post TAVR, post pacemaker, drip titrations, chest tubes, and use of BiPAP,

• Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15,

• Every other weekend and Easter holiday required,

• 36-48 hour contract options available,

Job Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required,

• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown experience,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required,

• NIH Stroke Scale certification required and must be current as per facility guidelines,

• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start,
