North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital is a state‑of‑the‑art 50‑bed acute rehabilitation facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of patients with severe injuries or illnesses. We are located in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients’ comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures.
Minimum Qualifications- Education: Completion of a nursing assistant course.
- Certifications: Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant and CPR/BCLS certification (may be obtained upon hire).
- Experience: Six months of experience in an acute or long‑term facility preferred.
