Job Summary
Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our growing General Cardiology practice at Baptist Heart Specialists, at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Downtown location. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

• Monday - Friday clinic 8am-5pm – Baptist Heart Specialists – Downtown/Pavilion – 836 Prudential Dr #1700, Jacksonville, FL 32207
• Plus Weekend rotation – Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville – 800 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207

• 1-2 years Cardiology Experience Preferred

• Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant Required
• Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Required
