• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Perform basic nursing skills, such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and providing emotional support to residents
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry
