We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers (RN) in the Jacksonville area to support workers' compensation cases on a flexible 1099 basis.

As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you will coordinate medical care for injured workers while acting as a liaison between providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys. You will help guide treatment plans, monitor recovery progress, and support safe, timely return-to-work outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and evaluate treatment progression
- Communicate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Prepare timely, detailed case management reports
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Assist with return-to-work planning and transitional duty coordination
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Proficient with technology and electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain
- CCM, CRRN, or related certifications preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
