We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at Fountains at Mill Cove, a vibrant and welcoming Senior Living Center in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, promoting their health, well-being, and dignity.

• Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident pain levels, identify areas of discomfort, and develop strategies to alleviate pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans, ensuring seamless and effective care delivery
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatments, and medication administration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided to residents

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
