Full‑time Nurse Practitioner – Women’s & Men’s Health, Pediatric, and General Practice (Jacksonville, FL)

• Provide care for women’s and men’s health, pediatric care, acute and chronic patients, and physician-patient follow-ups.
• Manage hospital follow-ups and wellness exams.
• Document patient care in EMR (Epic EHR System).

• Compensation starting at $115,000.
• 15‑17 patients per day.
• No call schedule.
• 40 patient‑facing hours per week.

• Collaborative work environment.
• Continued professional growth through CME.

• Master’s degree.
• Two or more years of experience in Family Practice.
• Certified and licensed APRN (Nurse Practitioner).
• Local candidates preferred.
