Job Summary
Baptist Primary Care Bay meadows is seeking a Full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Jacksonville, Florida. The provider must be comfortable with Women’s and Men’s Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician‑patient follow‑ups, hospital follow‑ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
What You Can Expect- Compensation starting at $119k
- 15-17 patients per day
- No call schedule
- 40 patient‑facing hours a week
- Epic EHR System
- Collaborative work environment
- Continue professional growth through CME
- Master’s degree
- 2 or more years of working experience in Family Practice
- Certified and Licensed APRN or PA
- Local candidates preferred
MS
Experience- Family Practice Experience
- Driver's License - DMV
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - State Nursing Boards
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - AANP
