This is a full‑time day shift leadership opportunity on a fast‑paced, high‑acuity 40‑bed inpatient unit.

• Lead the 24/7 operations and provide leadership for a fast‑paced, high‑acuity 40‑bed inpatient unit.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care while promoting staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
• Lead clinical and support staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, conduct performance appraisals and coaching, promote professional development and continuing education, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively while supporting initiatives that improve patient satisfaction scores.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards set by accrediting bodies such as Joint Commission and CMS.
• Exhibit strong leadership and decision‑making skills, effective communication and conflict resolution, data‑driven quality improvement, and financial acumen.
• Participate in on‑call rotation with other campus leaders.

• 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of acute care experience in a medical/surgical or critical care setting.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse required.
• NE-BC certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
