Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare. Our affiliated practice, Full Circle Women’s Care of Florida Woman Care, is seeking a Full-Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.

• Team Structure: 4 physicians and 6 midwives
• Hospital Affiliation:
  Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville & Ascension Hospital
• Work Schedule:
  
  4.5 week, half day on Fridays
• Call:
  Limited
• OR time, including assisting with C‑sections
• In‑office procedures
• Patient volume: approximately 21 patients per day
• Provide pre‑ and post‑natal care, family planning services, patient education, and counseling
• Assist and work closely with physicians to provide patient care

• Competitive compensation $130,000 and above

• National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
• Unrestricted, active licensure in the state or ability to obtain
• Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain
• CPR, BLS, and NALS certification or ability to obtain
  
  Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
• Ability to communicate with patients, team members, and management staff
• Ability to make care decisions based on best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician

Florida Woman Care, affiliated with Unified in 2009, has grown to more than 250 locations with 600 providers offering both traditional women’s healthcare services as well as maternal‑fetal medicine, urogynecology, onsite mammography, and laboratory services.
